Each bag got 2 random heads. There are lots of left over bits that there were not enough of for one for everyone. If someone knows of a bit that they don't get, you can get them from me on a first-come-first served basis. And to be fair, so one person doesn't take all the bits, you can get one of each type of item, like weapon, head, bag, etc.
Each bag comes with a body, 2 arms, 2 shoes, a hand weapon (either club or sword) for each arm, 1 ironfist, 1 gutplate 1 head and 1 gnoblar.
