Need a good spreadsheet ap for the iPhone

Anyone have a spreadsheet application you use for your iPhone you are happy with?  There are lots of options in the iphone store at various prices, and various levels of reviews and comments.  I don't mind paying fro a good one, I just want to make sure it is good before I buy it.

I would suggest Google Docs.

This is online, but I doubt that you will be anyplace where you do not have internet, especially around here.  You can store any document type, upload or download from your desktop, create new, etc.  Its got a nice interface on the mobile browser.  The docs can also be shared to others.

At least give it a try first.
