Hey this may be a silly question but..

Do i need to buy an Orcon pass and a pass for the BSB?

I noticed that there are different pricing the orcon is charging $40 for pre reg and the BSB is $65.

NM I saw it on the faq page.

I bought and orcon pass for $40 do i need to pay you $25 for the difference?

Bummer.  You buy a ticket for the BSB from John, or via the paypal instructions on the bSB site.  That gets you a full pass to the con as well as the BSB.  Now you are gonna have to talk to John and work something out.
