Warhammer mini-league: Las Vegas GT Warm-up, or “Filling time until the next regular league starts”
5 game league, 2250 pts, Starts Sunday July 20th. Runs 7 weeks, ending on August 31st. You have 7 weeks to play 5 games. Winners will be decided after the 31st, any games not finished will be forfeit, similar to current league rules.
Matchups will be set ahead of time at the start of the league, randomly. You will know who you are playing for all 5 games on day 1 (unless we get some late entries or dropouts) so you can schedule to play on days other than Sunday if you want. Play wherever you like, but the first day is at GE.
Scenarios will be posted here soon, and week 1 will be handed out next Sunday.
2250 pts. You can change your list every game. This is practice for the GT, so this is to use for refining your tourney list. Or you can tool your list every week, just to kick ass, it’s up to you. But:
1. There is no money involved, so you aren’t winning anything by proving you can make a better list against 1 army in a particular scenario.
2. There will be sports scores, just like at the GT, so you may get dinged there if you tailor your list every week.
The goal is to refine an all-comers army, whether you play in tourneys or not.

BTW, the other goal of this is to see if the Vampires and Deamons are as dominating as everyone thinks they are, and will steps be taken against them in the next full league.
