A good Tournament, well run, lots of tough games that were all fun! Don't think my hunt for your Tomb Kings is over BeaverEvil

As a request from many of my buddies, they'd all like to know if you could post the complete results for both games with all the players listed (at least the Overall Scores). Many are curious as to how well they did and what to try and improve upon for next year.

I'm just kidding of course. Tongue

Anyway, in all seriousness, great job overall guys. Especially considering this is the first of this event. Had lots of fun and I'm looking forward to next year.

From a personal perspective:

Good Points:
-Gaming Experience: Scenarios were good, adding a few additional flavor rules but not completely dominating or interfereing with the game.
-Terrain: You guys did a great job. Everything looked fantastic.
-Scoring Breakdown: The breakdown and how much each category was worth seemed pretty good to me.

Funky Points:
-Comp/Painting Scoring: The comp scoring we've already gone over. Paint scoring seems odd as well. For example, a mostly-painted and half-based High Elf army scored higher than (let's say) Bama's Empire army that was painted by Bob.
-Bar: Wasn't open till late. Not your guy's fault, but just a personal complaint. Wink

Anyway, as I said I had lots of fun and I'm looking forward to next year. Good job guys.

The bar should have opened at the same time as 7-11.

I am sure that this was NOT the case.  Unless a major error was made and both judges reversed a players name.  Unfortunately we had several Vincents and Mikes in the fantasy tournament, so I really hope that this did not happen.

Please e-mail or PM me the details so that I can check it out.

It shouldn't have happened as there were clear guidelines that we went by for the painting...not that something could have been switched on accident. Grin
