Actually the Assassin can be useful for once at a tournament, I saw that there were 4-5 High Elf armies out there... you attack before them the turn he is revealed... Go with Manbane and Fury of Khaine, then he's useful vs WEs tree fellas too...
I'd go with 5-6 Cold Ones instead, and get another Reaper Bolt Thrower. A third one adds a lot of punch actually. The rest looks good. Maybe go with 14 Witches 7 wide and give them a Warbanner... They don't need any ranks...
One thing, skip Champions all over except maybe in the Cold Ones and keep it with the Witches. You don't need them, get more bodies instead.
