Interested in joining the premier gaming club in Southern California that brought you the The Broadside Bash, Battle By the Bay, Bugfest, Cheesefest and numerous megabattles?

The Pacific Marauders Gaming Club is actively pursuing new recruits to fill our rolls! But how can you join you ask? Well, it's simple!

If you have a completely painted army and are willing to throw down with an active PM member or club officer in a game of Warhammer Fantasy Battle, Warhammer 40K, Battle Fleet Gothic, Warmachine, Confrontation or any other game system and have $20 you can join...providing you prove to be a fun and fair competitor! Grin

The Pacific Marauders stand for:
Good games and good times. Our goal is to expand the hobby community, whether that’s running contests, sponsoring painting and conversion events, or simply helping out a fellow gamer.

The Pacific Marauders expect:
One fully painted army of any game system is necessary. All our events require that all players have painted armies so you should have one.
Two hours every few months for meetings, planning, voting and such.
Three times the desire to get best sportsmanship awards.

As a Pacific Maruader you are entitled to:
A discount on all PM sponsored events. Sometimes we get free tickets to conventions and if you’re willing to help out at our table events you’re eligible to get one.
A say in the types of events you’d like to see in the future and an opportunity to make it happen.
Access to the PM members only forum section.
A chance to say you have peers!
A new (not worn by Beav) T-shirt to go with your cool new peers!

We have a great list of events coming up and our Games Day table promises to be our best yet! So don't miss out!

Interested? Contact any Pacific Marauder club officer or ask on the forum for more information.

Input is always welcome! Thanks!

Come join us at Games Workshop's Games Day in Los Angeles on Saturday, August 11th, 2007. We will be hosting The Pacific Marauders' FLYING CIRCUS - It is an aerial combat game Warhammer Fantasy Battle style! It is an all original, easy to learn, fast paced game of 3 dimensional combat high above the earth. All the flying units of your favorite fantasy races will see battle in the skies. Pick a side, come to the table and play! Here is a taste of what you can play:

The Good Guys: Skinks on Terradons, Warhawk Riders escorting a Giant Eagle, Knights and Wizards on Pegasus, a Warrior Priest on a Gryphon, a Paladin on a Hippogryph, and a squadron of Dwarven Gyrocopters!

The Bad Guys: Chaos Wizard on a Disk of Tzeench escorted by Screamers, a Zombie Dragon, Orc Warlord on a Wyvern, Beastmaster on a Manticore, a Balrog, and a Fellbeast!

Then there are those unscrupulous sell swords the Ogre Doomdivers! Yes, that's right, I said Ogre Doomdivers. That can't be good!

Game play is fast with each game running between thirty minutes to one hour, so you can play many times and still have time to see everything else going on at Games Day.

This completes our goal of having Games Day tables that cover land, sea and air!
2005 - 40K Big Game Hunt kill team table
- Winner of the Best Club Table (Land)
2006 - Marauder Island Fantasy Ship Battle (Sea)
What will we do next year...maybe space?
